Envelopes and Addresses

• Prices: starting at $.75/line for black ink; $25 per order extra for standard ink color; 25% extra per order for custom matched ink color. • When ordering envelopes from stationery company please order 10% more than the number of envelopes you expect to use. • List must be typed. No exceptions please. This is insurance for you and for us. Please do not use all caps! List must be complete upon delivery. It cannot be delivered in parts. Pages should be numbered. You should give us a photocopy of the list and keep the original for yourself. • Addresses should be typed in a stacked form with a flush-left margin and not in a straight line or other form. • You are responsible for proofing list before delivering it to us. We are responsible for proofing our work before you pick it up. • Please do not stuff or stamp envelopes until after we have addressed them for you. • Miscellaneous extra charges: opaque envelopes (ones I can't see through on a light table), rough surface envelopes (happens very rarely), alphabetizing or special grouping of envelopes after addressing, colored ink, matching alphabet style.
